Let the New Year Begin!

It feels like a lifetime ago that I last posted! Where to start? Firstly, I suppose, I should announce that I have a release date for my new album, “Indigo”! The album will be on iTunes and Amazon on January 28th! I am VERY excited about this as I have been working on this album for almost a year now and I am very ready to perform again. Please stay tuned for the events that will follow the release, such as touring and videos. To celebrate the album, I have released an a cappella version of the beloved Christmas Carol, “Oh Holy Night”, which you can download on iTunes. I am finally getting back into the swing of everything after experiencing some health complications recently. I have been having daily migraines due to a structure was found in my brain. I will be completely fine. The structure is just an arachnoid cyst, which is causing the migraines, but is not life threatening. I am so thankful to be here so that I can keep singing! So please stay tuned for Gnimn 2012! I think it will be a very good year!

Love to all,
-Gnimn <3

On To the Next One!

I had a wonderful time at the House of Blues on Sunday night! I met some wonderful new people and was thrilled, as always, to see some familiar faces in the crowd! Thank you so much to everyone who came out, and to King Ryan events. Now, on to the next show! I Will be performing at Genghis Cohen Restaurant and bar once again! The show starts at 10PM and is eight dollars at the door. I LOVE this venue because of the great sound, great space, and great food! I would love to see everyone there.
Much, Much love,
Gnimn. <3

Here We Go!

Well, here we go again! I have the great fortune of being able to play at the House of Blues in Los Angeles on October 2nd at 8PM! Should be really great! For ticket information, please contact jillamassie@gmail.com. I am also coming back to the amazing Genghis Cohen for another showcase on Friday October 7th at 10PM. Tickets will be eight dollars at the door. I am extremely excited about these events and would love to see as many people there as possible. I have been very touched at the amazing people who continue to come back and watch the shows. I hope to see every one of you again at these next ones!

Keeping the Wheels Turning

Had a wonderful time the other night at the Whisky a Go Go! I was able to perform eight of my own original songs for the first time! It was really wonderful to see so many people out in the crowd to support me and actually seem to enjoy the music. I’m really looking forward to my next show at Genghis Cohen because I will be performing a 45 minute set. This will give me more time to introduce a few more songs and interact with the crowd a bit more. You can purchase tickets for eight dollars at the door at Genghis Cohen. Still working hard writing and recording music and very excited for upcoming events! Please stay tuned.

Much Love!

GNIMN Has A Secret…

GNIMN began its journey as a child, when nobody knew its meaning. GNIMN was simply an artist able to entertain a crowd by means of impersonation. GNIMN has begun to utilize the years of theatrical and singing experience to create its own music. The synth patterns and intricate layers of four octaves of vocals combine to create a sound all its own. GNIMN hopes you enjoy the secret.
